The standard package includes:

1. Pre-conditioning of carpet fibers to lift soil to the carpet surface.
2. Specialized spotting agents will be applied to stubborn stains.
3. Heavy-duty hot water extraction (the preferred method) is used to clean the carpeting.
4. A pile setting brush is used to comb and set the pile to assure faster drying and give the carpet a finished detailed look.

DUST MITES:  Cleaning removes mites & mite fecal matter which causes allergic reactions in allergy sufferers.

DEODORANTS: A topical deodorizer is applied to neutralize unpleasant odors like cigarette and cigar odors, as well as smoke, mildew and food odors.

PET ODORS:  Injections available for pet related accidents.  A disinfectant / deodorant is injected deep into carpet backing & padding neutralizing unpleasant odors.

ALLERGIES: Have you considered having your upholstery or mattress & box spring cleaned?  We shed dead skin daily that can accumulate in large quantities & remain unseen to the naked eye.  Dead skin & dust mites may be a source of allergic reactions.
